2. Adjustable distance of the line wire that allows different opening size between the line wire distance, when input the distance of cross wire to computer, any mesh opening can be reach.
3. This welded mesh panel machine equips typical and efficient transformer, which gearless adjusted, enlarging the welding range.
4. Mesh pulling system is controlled by panasonic servo motor.
5, Welding transformer:125KVA*3PCS (24welding electrodes) ——every 8 welding heads need a water cooling transformer.
6, Wire feeding method: The line wires from coil wire.The cross wires should be pre-straightened and pre-cut. The cross wire system is controlled by stepping motor. Sends weft wires one by one automatically.The welded mesh panel machine stop working when the cross wire used up in the hopper.

7. The welded mesh panel machine has a mesh cutting machine. The mahcine is used to cut the mesh panel length. When you input the length of mesh and mesh opening. The mesh cutting machine will cut the mesh panel according to your input date.

8, Material:Suitable for low carbon iron wire, black annealed wire or galvanized (cold galvanized, hot galvanized) processing.
