1. This machine adopts synchronous control technique. The center-control and welding time are composed of Mitsubishi PLC program system. The input front-panel has two forms, touch screen and keyboard that makes the machine more intelligent and reasonable and it could press at one time, times welding.

2. Welding by electromotor; the hopper adopts the step motor; brake motor wheels; pulling the wire mesh is controlled by the servo motor.

3. 160KVA Transformer with water cooling system.

4. The line wire and the weft wire are pre-straight and pre-cut. The greatest advantage is that you can adjust the distance of weft wire at random on the same one piece wire mesh sheet.

5. Mesh pulling system is controlled by servo-motor that adopts elastic tension and opening positioning mesh, which improves the precision of mesh opening size.

6. Wire feeding way:The line wires and cross wires should be pre-straightened and pre-cut, then be put by manual work.

7. Material:Suitable for low carbon iron wire, cold drawn wire,or galvanized (cold galvanized, hot galvanized) processing.
