1. This fence mesh panel welding machine adopts synchronous control technique. The center-control and welding time are composed of Mitsubishi PLC program system. The input front-panel has two forms, touch screen and keyboard that makes the machine more intelligent and reasonable and it could press at one time, times welding.

2. The fence mesh panel welding machine stops automatically if cross wires are used up in the hopper.

3. Adjustable longitude wire space and cross wire space.The line wire and the weft wire are pre-straight and pre-cut. The greatest advantage is that you can adjust the distance of weft wire at random on the same one piece wire mesh sheet.

4. Mesh pulling system is controlled by servo-motor that adopts elastic tension and opening positioning mesh, which improves the precision of mesh opening size.

5. Wire feeding way:The line wires should be pre-cut by wire straightening cutting machine. then put the wire in to the hopper. The hopper will falling wire automatically. and cross wires should be pre-straightened and pre-cut, then be put by manual work

6. Material:Suitable for low carbon iron wire, ribbed wire, cold drawn wire,or galvanized (cold galvanized, hot galvanized) processing.

Note; The fence mesh panel welding machine need 2 sets electrodes. One is for making small wire diameter and small mesh size,wire diameter 3-6mm welding mesh 50x50-300x300mm. Another set electrodes is for making big wire diameter and big mesh size.Wire diameter 4-8mm Welding mesh 100x100-300x300mm
